What are your open play hours?

Our hours may change seasonally, so be sure to visit our hours page for the most up-to-date open-play hours. If we are not open for open-play, check our events calendar, we may have something else going on! Make sure to pre-register for events to secure your child a spot. 

Due to covid, we will  be open for reservation play, ONLY. There will be no drop in play at this time. We will also maintain a reduced capacity and encourage social distancing when possible.

Any one presenting with any cold or flu like symptoms will not be allowed to enter and will need to reschedule their play block.

How much do I pay to play? 

We charge $10, beginning at 6 months of age. Adults are always free during open-play hours!  We have a "tiny tot" soft play area designated for young babies.  There's plenty to do, even if they aren't crawling yet! You must reserve your play block which lasts for 2/5 hours.

I have multiple children, do I have to pay the same rate for all of them? 

We have discounted play pass options and memberships.  These options allow you to save money if you have a large family or frequent our establishment regularly. Remember adults and caregivers are always FREE during open play times. 

At what age do you start charging children to play?

 If your child is playing, please pay for them to do so. We start charging at 6 months of age.  Our play area was designed with children 0-6 years old in mind.

I have an infant, do we pay to play as well? 

If your infant will not be enjoying our "Tiny Tot" area and hanging with mom or dad for the duration of their time spent at The Tot Spot, there is no need to pay. If your infant will be playing in our soft play area, we ask that you purchase a play pass.  There is plenty to do, even for babies who are not crawling yet!  

Is the play pass good for the whole day? 

No, due to covid we had to change our all day policy. At this time we are only offering 2.5 hour play blocks that need to be reserved ahead of time. We will continue to host events that will be pre registration only. The cafe will be open for coffee and snacks.

Can I use my friend's membership card, or give mine to a friend to use? 

No. Memberships MUST be used within an immediate family ONLY. You may not allow other families to use your passes at any time, even if they are visiting  The Tot Spot with you. They will need to fill out their own agreement and purchase whichever pass they like. Play passes are non transferable. 

Can I have my child's birthday party during normal business hours, without going through the booking process? 

No.  We do not allow parties or large celebrations of any kind to take place during normal business hours.  If you would like to have your child's birthday party at The Tot Spot please check out our birthday packagesBooking a party will allow us to tailor the party to you and your child's needs, as well as give you private access to the entire play center. 

Can I pay for classes or events at the door? 

You can pay for future events at the register - for example, if you reserve a play block and notice an event on the calendar that you'd like to attend you can pre-register at the counter. We encourage online bookings to allow for contactless transactions when possible.

Are there any forms I need to fill out before my child can play? 

Yes! All children are required to have a waiver filled out before entering the play area. You can save time by filling it out through our website before coming to The Tot Spot. The waiver button is located in the bottom right hand corner of this screen.
